By using Keepr, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. Our mission is to preserve your memories with dignity and respect, and these terms reflect that commitment.

1. Your Content, Your Ownership

All memories, recordings, and content you create remain your property. By using Keepr, you grant us a limited license solely to store and deliver your content back to you and your designated trustees.

2. Acceptable Use

Keepr is designed for personal memory preservation. You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal activities
• Upload content that infringes on others' rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with the security or operation of the service

3. Legacy and Trustees

Keepr allows you to designate trusted individuals (trustees) who may access your memories under conditions you specify. You are responsible for:

• Selecting trustees you trust
• Setting appropriate access conditions
• Keeping trustee information current

4. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Keepr's availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We will provide reasonable notice before any planned maintenance and work to minimize disruption.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. Upon closure, you can export your data before deletion. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice except in cases of serious violation.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
