Our Promise to You
Keepr was built for one reason: because no story should vanish. Keepr is not just an app—it is a vault for human truth. It exists so that children can hear their parents, partners can feel their love, and friends can laugh at shared memories. Every person can be remembered as more than dates on a stone.
Your memories are yours. They remain owned by you or the trustees you choose. We will never sell, exploit, or surrender your data.
Your emotion is sacred.Your memories will never be used as AI training data, sold to advertisers, or shared with data brokers. We do not monetise your memories—ever.
Human-first, always.Keepr is a paid service: families, hospices, care homes, and other organisations license it so that memories can be preserved for the long term. That revenue keeps the lights on and the servers safe—but we earn it by protecting your memories, never by exploiting them. We charge for the service, not for access to your data. This promise is protected in our governance and enforced in practice, not just in principle.
Core Principles
1. Ownership
All memories remain owned by the user or their designated family trustees. Keepr will never sell, exploit, or surrender user data.
2. Emotion is Sacred
User memories will never be used as AI training data or be monetized without explicit, informed user consent.
3. Human-First
The app is designed for connection, dignity, and preservation. Technology serves humans, not the other way around.
Legal Protection Framework
Golden Share Protection
The Keepr Legacy Foundation holds a golden share with veto power. No investor, acquirer, or external party can override the founding principles. This ensures the mission survives any future ownership changes.
Security Authority
Security rules and data governance are under sole founder authority. No developer or administrator can bypass these protections. All access is logged and auditable.

Clear, specific agreements protect both users and the platform:
