Keepr ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
1.2 Data Collection & Storage
On-device by default: Your memory content is stored on your device. Account & programme data is processed on our servers: to run accounts, the beta programme and support, we process a limited set of personal data (such as your email address, NDA acceptance records, and feedback) on secure servers operated on our behalf.
- On your device: voice recordings and transcripts, mood data and emotional insights, search history and preferences.
- On our servers: your email address, beta-programme NDA acceptance (with timestamp and version), access-code redemption logs, and any feedback you submit.
- We do not sell your data, use your memory content to train external AI models, or share your content for advertising.
- Cloud synchronisation and backup of memory content is an optional, user-controlled future feature.
