2.1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading and using Keepr, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2.2 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Keepr for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.

2.3 User Responsibilities

  • Use Keepr only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not reverse-engineer, modify, or decompile the application.
  • Do not use Keepr to harm others or violate laws.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your device and credentials.
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to Keepr's systems.
  • Respect intellectual property rights.

2.4 Intellectual Property

Keepr, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by MGM trading as DMR Group. You may not copy, distribute, sell, or modify the application without permission.

2.5 User-Generated Content

Any memories, recordings, or content you create in Keepr remain your property. By using Keepr, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to deliver the service back to you and your designated trustees.

2.6 Limitation of Liability

Keepr is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for data loss or corruption, device damage or malfunction, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits or business interruption, or third-party claims or actions.

2.7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of Keepr or violation of these terms.

2.8 Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to Keepr if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your on-device data remains on your device and is not deleted by us.

2.9 Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Keepr constitutes acceptance of updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

2.10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Northern Ireland.
